  1. Managing and checking the overall server health and functionality
  2. Managing SharePoint permissions (Permission on Sites and User Accounts)
  3. Analyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage and activity
  4. Supporting network load balancing needs and ensuring its correct operation (NLB)
  5. Regular review of the events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
  6. Regular review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites.
  7. Monitoring SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)
  8. Setting up alerts and enforcing policies
  9. Identifying and reporting governance violations
  10. Checking for operating system, SQL Server and SharePoint patches and cumulative updates.
  11. Exposure on PowerShell scripting

  1. Analyze stories/requirements and update required documents
  2. Effort / story point estimation and get it verified with CM/TAs
  3. Design LLDs for user stories and validate developer approach for stories
  4. Discuss design and solutions with TAs
  5. Implement complex code modules, Involve TAs for all the design level discussion
  6. Coordination with BA, UI, TA and Platform
  7. Distribute user stories within team and track defects & effortResolve team issues and guide them
  8. Support packaging and deployment of respective releases
  9. Troubleshooting dev issues and defectsDevelop and maintain coding guidelines
  10. Mentoring the new team members, Regular update of effort for burn-down chart
