Job Description: Helping an organization continue its deployment of agile practices. The organization has been incrementally adopting agile for 1-2 years and is looking to take their teams to the next level as well as expand more broadly within the organization. XP practices are becoming more of a priority as they are looking to increase their teams velocity.
