Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Duration: 12-Month Contract

• Overall leadership of systems security policies and procedure activities and coordination of business analysts and subject matter experts related to acquiring relevant information;
• Development of an action plan and associated process to meet certification specifications and deadlines;
• Collaborating directly with vendor counterparts for planning; and
• Working with various State agencies to ensure and acquire the needed information to complete the SSP documents and participation in appropriate Agile sprint efforts with MN HIX solution vendor(s).

Requirements Skill(s):

• 1 year experience with t the State of Minnesota Security Practice

Additional Skill(s):

• B.S. or B.A. Degree;
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Business Analyst Certification Program;
• Five years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role;
• Four engagements lasting more than six months in Senior Business Analyst role;
• Two engagements that the Senior Business Analyst roles exceeded $100,000;
• One engagement conducting strategic planning;
• One engagements doing strategic goal setting;
• One engagement with enterprise analysis activities
• One engagement with a relationship to other areas
• One engagement creating and maintaining the business architecture
• Two engagements conducting feasibility studies
• Two engagements determining project scope
• Two engagements involving the preparation of the business case
• One engagement preparing the decision package
• One engagement managing projects for value
