This is the skills required
• At least 5 years of IT industry experience
• 2 years' Experience in Genesys / T-Server integration with Screen pop applications
• Familiarity with VRU applications
• 3 years of development experience in Windows / .NET / RDBMS ( Oracle Preferred )
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
