Sr. Mobile Apps Developer

Location: Warren, NJ
Length: 6 months

Rate: $65/hr all inc.

Interview: Phone

 

Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex Mobile apps

 

• Build next-generation Mobile & Web applications with a focus on the client side.

• Redesign UI's, Implement new UI's, and pick up Java as necessary.

• Extensive experience in Web UI framework and Web UI development which includes Usability, Page transition, Page navigation, Image caching and Lazy loading.

• Expertise in optimizing pages for faster loading, optimizing pages for search engine ranking, resolving cross-browser issues.

• Evaluation of code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices or operating systems.

• Experience in performance tuning web application.

• Experience on UI, Interaction design, front-end technologies and Web 2.0 technologies.

• Expertise in Hand-coded HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Extensive experience with latest UI technologies HTML5, CSS3.

• Well experienced in markup languages like HTML, XHTML, DHTML and XML.

• Experience in developing template based UI.

• Experience in XML and XSLT transformation.

• Experience in developing Rich UI using JQuery/GWT/any UI Framework.

• Developed advanced multi-browser and object-oriented JavaScript (OOJS).

• Well experienced in handling AJAX, JSON.

• Experience in using UI debugging and profiling tools.

• Hands on experience in browser tools like Firebug, Web Developer and YSlow.

• Exposure to other technologies like Django, Joomla and open source technologies.

• Hands on experience in graphics tools like Gimp, Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge on Web and Application Servers like IBM Websphere, Apache and Tomcat.

• Experience with server-side web frameworks such as JSP a plus.

• Expertise in preparing unit test cases, unit testing, integration testing and beta testing.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, creative problem solver, proactive listener and ability to work in a team or individually.

• Excellent team player and fast learner.
