We are in need of a 1-2 ScrumMasters to work on the IT Integration and SOA team – specifically Tag Super Highway project.

Experience running distributed agile teams?
Description of Responsibilities:
· Partner with and lead teams to deliver successful outcomes
· Develop, teach, and maintain Agile principles and practices
· Improve team efficiency and product quality
· Identify and drive early test adoption and Agile principles
· Validate and certify requirements definitions
· Review technical specifications/limitations and review technical approaches
· Support service introduction and deployment processes
· Validate the technical components of the deployment plan
Description of Skills:
MUST HAVE
· Experience implementing agile principles and practices
· Experience as a technical leader
· Experience with complex integrated system development
· Experience with Agile development and testing
· Clear understanding of architecture principles
