Duration:  6-12 Months

Location:  414 Nicollette Mall , Minneapolis MN

Job Responsibilities: 

This department is looking for someone to develop a DOT program. 
Expert level DOT consulting specialist with experience designing and running a DOT compliance program.

 

Basically we need a consultant to help us develop our DOT program such that it meets federal guidelines for DOT drivers and DOT Gas workers.

 

Process Development and Documentation 
• Develop compliant and auditable programs for the following alcohol and drug free workplace programs: 
o DOT Drivers – Random testing and follow-up testing 
o Gas Workers – Random testing and follow-up testing 
o Reasonable Suspicion testing and follow up testing 
o Compliance with regulations 
• Identify industry best practices 
• Evaluation of vendors available to conduct screening 
• Evaluation of and recommendations to improve manual processes. Technology solution proposal 
o Process

Training 
• Development and delivery of training for the FFD Consultant and back ups. 
• Development and delivery of training for the business
