 1. TEST LEAD – SFDC (Salesforce.com testing, ETL testing)

Note: Need profiles with Salesforce.com experience and secondary skill is ETL tool

 

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration : 6 Months

 

·         Total experience of 7-8 years, experience as test lead at least for 3 years

·         Experience in preparing test strategy, test plan, scenarios and cases

·         Strong experience of developing test artifacts for Salesforce.com

·         Must have experience in testing data loads and migration using Informatica

·         Should have at least basic knowledge of SQL

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Should be able to independently work, coordinate with IT and business teams

 

2. TEST LEAD –ORACLE APPS

 (Oracle Apps Finance and HRMS testing Exp)

Note: Need profiles with Oracle Apps Finance and HRMS testing Exp

 

 

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration : 6 Months

 

Detailed JD:

 

Test lead with 5 – 9 years of exp.

 

1.         Very good understanding of QA/testing processes, planning and execution

2.         Expertise on Quality Center tool. Manual testing, scripting and reporting.

3.         Good understanding of Oracle Applications functionalities in the areas of finance, procurement and HRMS

4.         Good communication, team management skills

5.         Ability to effectively engage customer side QA organizations, includes leadership and Business analysis teams

6.         Experience in managing large scale testing cycles (SIT, UAT etc) in a multi-vendor environment – managing offshore-onsite teams
