Weblogic Administrator
Location: Irving,TX
Duration:6+Months
• Production support web support engineer providing 24 X 7 expert technical support and consultation for WebLogic, TOMCAT running on Windows, Unix , Linux operating systems.
• Experience in installation and monitoring of Application Servers (e.g. Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache)
• 3+ years of experience in Web Logic server Administration, Configuration and Support
• 3+ years of experience in Apache Tomcat 5.x/6.x Application Server Install, Configuration and Support.
• 3+ years of Web Logic or Tomcat Administrator experience, with knowledge in clustering, JMS, Connection Pools, J2EE Deployments, Thread Dump Analysis.
• 3+ year of experience with weblgoic clustering.
• Prior experience deploying and debugging WebLogic or other middleware technologies
• Perl, bash/sh scripting or python experience in server administration.
• Rotational 24x7 on call support duties
• VMWare experience is a plus
• 3+ years of Experience with UNIX systems (Solaris and Linux), Shell scripting.
• Monitor the performance and availability of key middleware components in production and test environments
• Backup, restore procedures, security and patch management experience
• Must thoroughly understand how Weblogic Servers are administered in a Production environment using the WebLogic Admin Server/ Nodemanager/ Managed Server concepts.
• Must be comfortable working in Virtualized environment using Red Hat Linux and Windows platforms.
• Proficient in creating clear, well written documentation of Operating Procedures and training other team members
• ANT build scripts development
• Experience in Oracle weblogic server security configurations including SSL certificate installation and configuration
• Experience with Siteminder set up
