Job Title: Support Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration : 12+ Months

Rate: $55/hr

Job Description:

The successful candidate must have working experience with Onbase, strong support, implementation and testing experience within Onbase, and strong communication skills to effectively communicate with different business units.
CMS, local candidates are preferred 
- onbase experience
- ability to test
- implementing v11 to 14

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address daily help tickets.
- Monitoring and managing the automated DIP import processes.
- Configure and fine tune scanners.
- Work with the vendor, desktop and server support to complete the testing for and then implement the version 14 upgrade.
- Deploy scan capabilities to departments as they request it, working closely with users to understand their workflow and security needs.
