Project Analyst must have experience in an agile environment and must have one of the two bullets below in their background 
· Experience in PC Insurance Industry
· Project/Business Analyst on a Web Portal Project
Documentation will be the number one strength needed for this position followed closely by great verbal and written communication. 

Pluses
· Experience with Microsoft Project Planning
o Will be responsible for navigating and setting up meetings/schedules
· Experience with Guidewire
Personality will also be a key factor in this hiring decision.
