· 5 Years' experience with J2EE Application Servers: JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere
Job description:
The Team:
Our Web Engineering team manages all the infrastructure surrounding purchased and home grown J2EE and .NET applications. Our primary customers are application developers and support teams, with limited interaction directly with business users.
Relevant Experience:
· 5 Years' experience with Apache httpd
· 5 Years' experience with Linux System Administration (Red Hat Preferred)
· 5 Years' experience with J2EE Application Servers: JBoss, WebLogic (WLST experience a plus), WebSphere (Portal experience a plus)
· Bonus Experience:
· DNS (bind)
· Shell Scripting
· Perl Scripting
· X509 Certificate management
· IIS Server Administration
· Load Balancer Configuration (Brocade Preferred)
Job Description:
Review New Requirements, vetting for accuracy and sound design.
New Tooling development, as time permits. Puppet experience would be a plus.
Maintain Customer facing web and application servers, as required.
Patching.
Site configuration updates.
SSL Certificates updates.
On hours incident resolution, as required.
· Deploy new services:
· Application containers
· Web sites
· VIP Configurations
· DNS entries
