Position Description:ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
The Implementation Specialist will guide the transition from Remedy to ServiceNow, implement, configure and customize the ServiceNow implementation, and integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, implementation, and support of ServiceNow Service Desk and associated cloud-based solutions
Aid in translating business requirements into technical requirements
Provide ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
Answer technical and application configuration questions
Design, configure and customize new applications and modules
Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issues
Implement new functionality
Provide analysis of problems and possible solutions
Qualifications
Expertise implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Desk
ITIL v3 Certification
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification desired
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification desired
Experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database, Asset Management)
Preferred experience with Remedy or other BMC products
Experience in organizational change management desired
Understanding of Enterprise IT Architecture
ITIL V3
Productivity Software
Remedy ITSM - BMC Software and 3 years
