Job description:
Required Skills
- Websphere installation and configuration
- Familiar with clusters, nodes and deployment configurations
- Familiar with MQ installation and configurations with setup of failover
- Able to design maintainable configurations, deployment plans for large applications with multiple sites and websphere installations
- Troubleshooting all websphere configuration issues (DB, MQ, mail services, memory issues, etc.)
- wsadmin scripting in Jython or Jacl
- Troubleshooting Java HTTP web services exchanging XML based data
- Familiarity with log4j
- Experience developing or managing applications in an Eclipse based IDE
- Superior analytical and problem resolution skills
- Effective and strong communication skills required for representation on Crises bridges
Responsibilities
- Configure and design Java environments to support java based applications
- Support application deployments, load testing, troubleshooting production and lower environments
- Automate daily tasks using scripts
- Participate and represent the team on project meetings and help with Infra/Architecture requirements
- Work on trouble tickets on a daily basis, analyzing the issue raised by Customers
- Provide level 1 troubleshooting for IVR CTI application related issues
- 24x7 IVR CTI application production support
- On-Call rotation primary/secondary support once in 3 to 4 weeks
- Troubleshoot application flows and customer interactions in the system
