Strong ATG, Java and J2EE development experience.
Experience in building e-commerce solutions is a must
Web Services development experience (e.g. SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI)
Hands on skills using databases (Oracle/MySQL)
Experience with popular Java IDEs (Eclipse/WSAD)
Excellent technical problem solving skills

10+ years of experience in developing and maintaining Java based enterprise applications .
* Design and development experience in large scale web and enterprise systems
* Experience in SOA, Web-Services
* Experience in SAML, Siteminder, LDAP and B2B integration
* Experience in designing for performance and other non-functional requirements
* Experience in using UML for creating and architecture and design artifacts
* Strong verbal and written communication.
* Ability to analyze and communicate business impact of key design decisions
