UX Designer would have some lightweight coding skills for prototyping but be a designer by trade. Someone who can do all types of design, stellar communications and vision and not afraid to roll up their sleeves instead of consult.
looking for two "unicorns", one that's 80% development for prototyping and the other 80% design to complement each other. Enterprise or SaaS experience is a big plus.

Prior experience with Twitter Bootstrap (this is critical – they need to show previous examples of Bootstrap-based sites that team has built)
HTML 5
CSS 3
JavaScript (JQuery, and possibly NodeJS or AngularJS)
Experience managing source code via GitHub
Keen attention to visual details. We don't need designers, but we do need developers who care very much about executing a design perfectly in the browser.
Experience creating responsive websites that scale from mobile to desktop with the same codebase
Experience working directly with UX designers to consume wireframes and mockups in an agile fashion. Experience with Scrum preferred.
