Job description:
Mandatory Skills:
3+ years professional Java development experience
3+ years HTML/CSS/Javascript development experience
A bachelors degree in CS or equivalent
highly skilled at Java Development. 
Passionate about writing easy to read, minimal, effective Java code
Flexibility and great problem solving skills
Ability to help junior developers learn the development craft
Well developed sense of humor

Desired Skills:
Experience working with Adobe AEM or other Content Management System
Understanding of server environments
Passion for getting the development process running efficiently, with an understanding of different development methodologies
Motivated to inspire grown-ups to play!
