Requirement Description:

• Deep knowledge and design/development experience implementing Triversity's Point-of-Sale Solution
• Experience integrating SAP Retail and Triversity

• Ability to prepare a business blueprint and to assume responsibility for the successful implementation of SAP Triversity

• Knowledge of Change request management

• Installation of POS servers and knowledge of HA architecture

• Apply patches and maintain POS servers with latest builds from SAP

• Work with 3rd party solutions for EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)- Credit Card/Debit Card and Gift Cards

• Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound channels for POS and integration touch points with SAP Retail

 

Good to have :

Knowledge of SQL and Sybase database

• Any monitoring experience with POS system preferred.

• Able to use and have knowledge of ASAP Methodology

• Able to configure front-end POS functions including

o Changes to receipt headers and footers
§ Customer loyalty o Gift card programs Functional Knowledge Requirements

• Inventory and Price rule

• Promotions and Discounts

 Sales tax changes

 Sales audit
• Layaways General Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT
• Experience in working with and supporting business applications and working with applications across the life cycle.

• Prior technical experience in application in deployment and support

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong client-facing skills

• Self-starter, ability to take initiative and achieve results even when given minimal direction

(Programming and software development is NOT a responsibility of the technical application administrator.)

• Participate in oncall support
