Ideally we are looking for resources who have Knox-Keene Licensing (KKL) exposure. Candidates MUST have solid Healthcare backgrounds and understand healthcare compliance/regulatory guidelines. Looking for the typical BSA experience such as process flows, Creating detailed business requirement documents, Converting business requirements into technical specifications, Data flow diagrams, Facilitating reporting standards for consistency, Testing measures/UAT, strong understanding of technology and operations surrounding the project.
