SJM's Corporate Finance Group is looking for an experienced contract-based Report Writer to support a new financial systems development project.

 

SJM is replacing the current Hyperion Enterprise system with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). As part of that implementation SJM will more fully utilize Hyperion's Financial Data Management (FDM), Data Relationship Management (DRM) and the Hyperion Planning Application (which was implemented in March 2011).

 

As a part of the above project we now have a contract need for a person that has the skills and prior experience creating reports using the Hyperion Financial Reports (F/R) from an Essbase Reporting cube. This position is a typical report writer position and must have experience with Hyperion's tool.

 

There will be about 30 total reports to write, half of which are slight variations of another report. We'd like to have all reports written before starting the System/Integration Testing Aug. 1st.

 

Skills and experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience with report writing tools, especially Hyperion

- The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving ability, good verbal and written communication skills.

- Interact effectively with business partners to understand business requirements.

- Experience working in a matrixed environment with project team members.
