Skills Required:
Essential Duties and Key Responsibility will be the development of a web-based front end application that will pull data from an existing MySQL or Oracle database for reporting functionality in an omni-channel environment. As a part of this development the applicant will be the key driver of this project and should therefore be an individual who is open to receiving feedback, teaching others, and will be inclusive of team participation and involvement.
Minimum Experience and Educational Requirements
• Bachelor degree in computer related field
• 3-5 years in prior web based development position
• 3-5 years of experience with .NET frame work (i.e. ASP.NET, VB.NET), Dreamweaver, SQL and Microsoft Visual Studios 2008
• Prior experience and mastery of web development tools
• Understanding of call center environments desired
• Understanding of application programming and design, including coding, testing, maintenance, debugging, and documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal development including the ability to learn and apply new techniques.
• Creative ability to interact with technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently to accomplish assignments
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills specifically with leadership
• Experience with TOAD is preferred
