Job Description: Team Lead - Recruitment

Hiring For: U.S IT Recruitment. - Night Shift(EST) @ Chennai

Desired Profile: Candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT/RPO /Recruitment Industry, and managed and mentored a team for atleast 2 yrs

 

 

1. Looking for a dynamic and aggressive person who can drive and lead the team.

2. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

3. Experience in end to end recruitment cycle for IT clients in the U.S. with good exposure to Visa types (U.S.Citizens, GC, H1B, and EAD) and Tax

Terms (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp).

4. Should have good exposure of Sourcing from Groups, Social Networks and Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Corp-Corp, Yahoo Hot jobs).

5. Responsible for validating the team's profiles based on client requirement.

6. Should be expert in Client handling & requirement gathering.

7. Responsible for maintaining Individual and team data base.

8. Driving the team to achieve their targets along with his/her own targets.

9. Ability to multi-task and work within restricted deadlines

10. Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks

11. Must be proactive & self-driven

12. Thoroughly understand the requirements of the client and get them fulfilled from the team

13. Responsible for making daily reports and Target oriented.
