·         Should be good in Client Interactions with Onsite & Offsite.

·         Handling the team of 5 + in offsite - Chennai office .

·         Should be good as individual contributor.

·         Handling the complete end to end recruitment cycle from getting the
requirements for the clients

·         Sourcing of candidates, qualifying candidates, arranging for interviews

·         Completing the new hire documents & good in Vendor Management

·         Good communication skills.
