Position: Performance Testing Lead/Manager

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Location: Iselin NJ

Experience Level : 6-8 years.

 

Skills Required:

·         6 years lead experience will do.

·         Highly motivated, energetic, customer centric attitude, and ready to work on challenging performance testing assignments

·         Should have at least 6+ years of performance testing experience

·         Have experience of leading and managing a performance testing team

·         Strong performance testing scripting skills in multiple protocols

·         Excellent Performance Root Cause Analysis skills and should be able to identify performance bottlenecks

·         Analyze requirements, should be able to understand performance benchmarks, and define scope of performance testing

·         Strong experience in Test Tool - Load Runner.

·         Having Web Development Background would be an advantage

·         Drive Performance test planning activities including criteria, selection, performance test plan writing, review meetings, and reporting of results

·         Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported performance, stress handling, scalability or reliability issue

·         Exposure to device performance testing is desirable

·         Effective Project & People Management Skills

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
