JIRA/Confluence Administrator

 

Responsible for systems administration, configuration and user support for BestBuy.com's JIRA and Confluence installations. The Developer will work directly with end-users and the JIRA/Confluence Administrator.

·       Create custom workflows, post functions, validators, plugins and scripts

·        Make code changes to workflows, screens, fields and reporting

·       Provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance

·       Develop solutions extending Atlassian REST services and JIRA plugins using the Atlassian SDK

 

Required Experience:

·       5+ years software development

·       2+ years JIRA and Confluence administration

·       Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams

·       Excellent problem solving and process implementation skills
