Description	JOB DESCRIPTION: Year of Experience: Relevant Years of Experience: 2+ Total IT experience: 5-7 years (or lesser with technical knowledge) Must Have Technical Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 year of experience implementing IBM Connections 2.5 or 3.X (previously: IBM Lotus Connections) • Minimum 2 years of Java J2EE experience developing on the IBM WebSphere Application Server, including familiarity with the Rational Application Developer Suite. • Minimum 2 years of experience with Installation and Administration of WebSphere Application Server and IBM Connections such as (i.e.integration of email system and messaging components such as Lotus Notes, Sametime, with IBM Connections).   Nice to have Skills: • Experience with Tivoli Directory Integrator and creation and loading/management of IBM Connections profiles from Active Directory, CA Siteminder, or directly from SQL Server or oracle database. • Exposure to IBM Connections 4.0 • Exposure to the Social Business Toolkit • IBM WebSphere Portal 7.0.0.2 development experience • JSR286 portlet integration with IBM connections • Integration experience with Web Services • UX: Themes, Skins, Javascript, Ajax, Dojo • Development of mobile applications and integration with IBM Connections, WebSphere Application Server • Consulting experience Must Have Business Qualifications: Good Communication Skills. Self starter who can independently complete assigned tasks without the need for follow ups. Get it done attitude, and takes pride in delivering superior quality work on schedule.
