Job Description:
· Must have 4+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 & 2011 design and development experience
· Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM 4.0 & 2011
· Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM 4.0 / 2011 solutions
· Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM end-to-end implementations
· Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions
· Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Silverlight, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server 2005/2008
· Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM 4.0 / 2011 solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)
· Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
· Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
2.Siebel CRM Technical Consultant

Job Description:
· CRM DOMAIN-Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators is-a-vis competition
Required Skills:
· Need 8-10 YEAR Siebel CRM Technical profile.
· Siebel - Warehouse management should be aware of SAP BW and WM modules and data modules like MDM.
· CRM -Should be an expert of basic technical aspects of SQL, Reports, Interfaces(understanding and interpretation), Workflows, XML Publisher.
· Must be an expert in some of the complex technologies like CTI/MCF etc.
· Should be an expert in using EAPM.
· Should be able to prepare process design documents for his/her domain/ Module of expertise.
· Should publish at least 1 quality whitepaper on experience gained and atleast 1 White paper on new technologies.
· Should have complete technical knowledge (preferably) of all modules of CRM Foundation and must have good technical grasp of modules like Sales, Telesales, Service, Marketing etc.
· Should have mandatory knowledge of new technologies Should support the presales function and be able to sell
