OBIEE Developer with ODI
Location: Richardson - TX
Duration: 6+Months
Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps
- Perform project management of estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
- Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments
Required Skills:
2yrs experience required in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica , Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11.x, Oracle Price Analytics. Prior Data modeling experience required.
Experience with Scrum/Agile Development Processes required. Ability to work in a high-paced agile global Development environment. Prepare reports, studies, and documentation, delivers presentations, and participates/contributes in meetings within a highly collaborative environment. Need to be able to lead a tool evaluation effort, including the definition of the evaluation criteria, identification of tools to be evaluated, and the actual evaluation.
Bachelors & Masters Degree required in Computer Science or related technical discipline. Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings. Ability to analyze functional requirements and develop a technical design solution.
Preferred Skills:
Prior Application development experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design and engineer BI solutions in an Oracle OBIEE Environment. Analysis & Creation of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design solutions for the application environment. Determine technical requirements, develops technical user stories and software requirements specifications that serve as the build-to specification for development. Apply, as appropriate, Object/data modeling and analysis. Provide technical direction to Global development teams.
