Financial Service Background preferred.

Things you need to know:

 

This customer is a trading and securities firm.  It is populated by a massive amount of type A personalities that tend to be a bit, well, brusque in their interaction with coworkers.  Don't submit any timid people. They will not survive.

 

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills – written and oral.  These are intensely customer facing roles.

 

Candidates with financial services background will be considered first.

 

On-boarding Requirements are: US CIT/GC; Criminal Background Check; Security Clearance; individual NDA; P&P sign off; BI Cert.  Candidates DO NOT need to have a security clearance to be considered.

 

The onboarding and security requirements can take several weeks.  Your candidates must be able to wait it out.  (especially if they do not have an active security clearance)

 

There are other SSIS needs at this client, so we will also be considering your candidates for other projects (that I do not have listed with you) as well within this client.
