TITLE: Oracle CRM Analyst / Support Lead
Position Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 1/1/2014 through 12/31/2014; possible extension thereafter
**Must have expertise in Oracle CRM On Demand
As CRM Support Lead your role will be to manage the support and administration of the Oracle CRM On Demand system for NASDAQ OMX. Responsibilities include project management for enhancements and new releases to NASDAQ OMX's Oracle CRM On Demand system and development of new reports and analytics. The role also involves assisting with gathering, and analysis of business requirements, development and management of project plans, and oversight of project communications. You will provide user support for, but not limited to, CRM On Demand users. You will need to work in coordination with the Europe and New York-based support team, as well as develop and provide user training.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with management of CRM development and business process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with internal customers to understand business strategies and CRM needs
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Develop project plans and assemble project teams
- Assist with project management, including tracking of milestones and project communications
- Assist with project implementation, including system configuration and testing
- Provide user support and training for CRM On Demand and reporting systems
- Assist with vendor management and contracts
- Assist with creation of ad hoc reports and analytics
- Monitor, enforce and improve data quality and integrity
- Understand, maintain, and update system interface requirements
- Open, monitor, and escalate system issues to Oracle or US-based support team
- Research, test and implement new CRM functionality and release
- Document and prioritize numerous tasks, projects and training
- Communicate system changes, enhancements, issues, and status to users
- Investigate and brainstorm potential solutions for complex issues and enhancement requests
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent.
- 4+ years experience with CRM project management and/or administration, preferable both Oracle CRM On Demand and Salesforce.com
- Experience with complex CRM implementations involving multiple system interfaces
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple critical projects with high attention to detail
- Ability to interface with all levels of management, including senior executives
- Ability to remain patient and courteous when fielding user complaints and system issues
- Experience with enterprise databases and SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic web development skills a plus
- Experience building ASP.NET web applications a plus
- Experience supporting services using IIS
- Experience developing SOAP based web-services in Visual Studio using C# a plus
Working Conditions:
- Extensive phone and computer usage
- Fast-paced, and time-critical environment
- Work is performed in an office environment 5 days a week, no telecommuting
- Some travel to other NASDAQ OMX offices required
