Short Description:

Seeking experienced System Admin on the MS Windows platform, specializing in web application hosting.  Experience in WebSphere Portal Service (v6.1), WebSphere Application Server, .NET/IIS (v3.5/4.0 & IIS v6/7), configuration and app deployment required.

 

Complete Description:

Seeking a System Administrator on the Microsoft Windows platform with WebSphere Portal Server (v6.1) and WebSphere Application Server experience.  Candidate must have knowledge in deployment of portlets, automation and portal security, installation, upgrading, configuration and debugging.   Candidate must be familiar with managing a shared and clustered environment, Java Deployment, Jython/WSAdmin scripting and networking/firewall configuration.  Experience with IBM's PMR process a plus.  Preferred candidates will work well in a team environment, have excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written) and have the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
