Job Title: SAP - SAP Enterprise Portal Technologist

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 18 months

                                                     

Requirements for this individual are:

* Ability to individually design, implement and test complex SAP portal solutions
* Ability to modify existing Portal applications
* prior experience with JAVA WebDynPro, ABAP WebDynpro and BSP
* Prior experience with HR MSS and ESS business packages, Time Management
* Prior experience with Talent Mgt business package
* Prior experience with customized Web Dynpro
* Upgrade experience with portal applications
* Ability to customize back end functionality using ABAP, BAPI, BADI
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment and have strong collaborative skills
* Strong time management and self-management skills
* Excellent communication skills

 

Job Description: SAP Portal Developer 

 

·         An experienced SAP Portal technologist with demonstrable experience in architecting, implementing and administering end-to-end Enterprise Portal infrastructure in SAP landscape. 

·         Experience working on one or more projects where designing enterprise application architecture was a requirement.

·         Must have hands-on and full life cycle implementation SAP EP v6.0 and SAP Netweaver 2004.

·         Five years of work in field of SAP technologies with three years f architecture, planning and implementation experience in the SAP Enterprise Portal space.

·         Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.  

·         Candidate Must Have:  Full life cycle experience with architecting and implementing end-to-end enterprise portal infrastructures with SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 

·         Expertise with all layers of SAP Portal infrastructure such as Portal sizing and administration, security (user administration, authentication, single sign on) and application integration is mandatory.  

·         Experience with Knowledge Management, Content Management, Search & Classification (TREX), Logging & Monitoring. 

·         Deep understanding of SAP NetWeaver technology framework including Web Application Server (both ABAP & JAVA stack), Business Intelligence, Enterprise Portals and Knowledge Warehouse/Management.

·         Implementation of Portals in SAP HR (ECC 5.0 or 4.7 environment with ESS, MSS, Learning Management) and BI (NW04 with BW 3.5) is a big plus. 

·         Excellent presentation and communications skills are a must.

·         Candidate must be experienced in talking and working with technology management as well as business analyst and managers.
