· ESB(L3)-Performing requirement collection, design review and architecting ESB and messaging applications
· Proficient in SOA and Web services
· Capable of suggesting best practice and alternate solutions for the applications
· Capable of tuning the application for better performance and scalability
· EAI BPM SOA Server administration(L2)-
· Detailed administration and configuration knowledge in atleast one of the EAI BPM products
· Detailed knowledge on Installation, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of one of the EAI BPM products
· EAI BPM testing framework design and creation
· Detailed knowledge in Distributed Applications deployment
