a. Consultant must have experience in Siebel Marketing 8.1 Implementations with OBIEE

b. Consultant must have experience in Siebel Marketing Upgrades to 8.1 & Analytics to OBIEE Upgrade

c. Review the fitment of 7.8 current RCCL functionality into 8.1 Siebel Marketing features & suggest any changes

d. Provide the high-level technical design approach as per fitment document

e. Review & approve the technical design document
