This person can be based anywhere in US as long as he can travel 100%. Ideal location would be from Tristate. Please forward resumes to me.

 

We need a senior level IT executive who will lead client relationships for our multiple Policy Admin (PAS) (P&C or Life/Annuity) engagements. The key responsibilities of this individual are:

 

·         Manage client expectations pro-actively and relationship-wise for transformation initiatives which tend to 'drift' on scope, timelines, budgeted costs, resources availability and such. Specifically, play a crucial role in the overall scope management for such large programs. He/she  would steer the engagement scope in line with the industry best practices and our product roadmap and if necessary challenge the client "wish list".

  • Co-ordinate with other functions within our organization to ensure programs are delivered and that client goals are achieved. This resource will work with our client specific project manager and our PAS Delivery solution custodian to achieve this. He/she would keep a focus on business value delivery and ensure that we prioritize the program actions in line with client's stated business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify any potential bottlenecks on either end and work with client's C-level (CIO, COO, CFO) to proactively resolve conflicts and/or mitigate risks.
  • Lend support on the Insurance domain, business processes and overall implementation methodology on need basis from the vantage point of having implemented such engagements before.
  • Develop and nurture the client relationships at multiple levels that foster better client ties and maintain them as reference-able account throughout the tenure of the implementation program (and beyond).
  • Communicate effectively with clients to prepare engagement reviews for management (on either side), manage multi-vendor relationships, provide constructive inputs on the overall solution architecture.
  • Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and IT objectives and assist MM internally from the product direction, client management and additional business opportunities
  • Be the voice of customer to our internal teams (onshore and offshore) and effectively explain our teams on clients' business model, strategic direction, long term plans and how that has bearing on our solutions, project delivery, services and support
  • Lead the monthly steering committee and governance meetings to appraise everyone on any impending delays, constraints and provide alternative business solutions.

·         Jointly responsible (along with the project manager) for the project matrix including project financials / delivery matrix / customer satisfaction.

This resource will be expected to manage a portfolio of few key accounts and large programs currently under implementation (or scheduled to go soon). This resource will report to SVP of Delivery for North America.
