Peoplesoft HCM Developer
Location: Bedminster, NJ, Colorado Springs, CO
Duration: 6+Months


Skills and Qualifications

Required (e.g.)
• Minimum 7 years of technical PeopleSoft HCM experience; 9.1 experience required.
• Proficient in PeopleTools 8.52 including Peoplecode, Application Messaging, and Application Engine
• Experience with PeopleSoft workspace technology
• Proficient in Oracle 11g DB
• In-depth functional/technical knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.1 WFA, Talent Acquisition Management, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service
• Responsible for remaining development as well as defect fixes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of turn around.
• Good communications skills

Desired (e.g.)
• Hands on experience in integration technologies including Integration Broker, Component Interface and Business Interlinks.
• Expertise in upgrades from PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 to 9.1

Note:Laptop Requirements : Hardware (e.g.)
• HP EliteBook 8440p or equivalent (CPU - 2GHz or above, RAM - 4GB, Disk - 250 GB or above) System Software
• Windows 7 Professional SP1
• Symantec Endpoint Protection v.11
• Microsoft Office 2007 or above User should have admin privileges to install / remove Client software
