Here are the requirement details

 

 Programmer Analyst

Location:  Nashville, TN

Duration:  8 months

Rate:  $30 per hour

 

This project will be to create a replacement for the current Underground Injection Control (UIC) application used by the Division of Water Resources. This project scope includes the following areas, unless noted elsewhere: Creation of a base system upon which can be built an application capable of supporting all activities needed by TDEC, including database schemas, XML linkages, and web interfaces required to make the system function; Application will be capable of using XML to automatically transfer information to EPA as needed via an uploading of handler through the EPA Exchange Node; Conversion of existing data from legacy MS Access database

 

Successful development experience with Oracle's Application Express development tool is required for this contract.

 

The successful candidate should have the following competencies:

 

1. Oracle Application Express development experience is required for this project, no exceptions. (3 YRS)

2. Oracle PL/SQL for creating back end stored procedures and functions, SQL for database queries (5 YRS)

3. XML data flows and data mapping, XSL for styling and formatting of XML pages, CSS for styling and formatting of HTML pages, HTML for use in developing and designing web pages (5 YRS)

4. Development in an Oracle database environment (5 YRS)

5.  VB .NET and Microsoft .NET Framework 2 and 3.5 for design and development of web applications. (Nice to have)
