Here are the requirement details

 

Position: Microstrategy Administrator   

Job Location: Port Washington, NY 11050

 

Microstrategy BI Administrator to manage an implementation with large data volumes and a user base that is hundreds strong.

 

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience.

·         At least 3 Years administering Microstrategy environment

·         Familiarity with creation of Attributes, Facts, Metrics, Logical Tables using wizards

·         Expertise in Database Instance Configuration, User Setup, Security Roles, Governing Settings

·         Expert level understanding of SQL, including performance tuning, understanding complex queries, creating and maintaining views

·         Experience working with large volumes of data, Sybase IQ preferred

·         Experience working with Microstrategy Office Add-In as well as experience with VBA

·         Experience with Command Manager and Distribution Services a plus

·         Experience working with SAS 9.x a plus

·         CBIC / MCE Certification preferred

 

 

Others:

·         Detail oriented, highly motivated individual

·         Excellent communication and user support skills

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills and a quick learner
