Skills requirements

• >7 years as business analyst experience.
• Must have prior project experience as business analyst in SalesForce.com .
• Should have good understanding of Sales cloud & business objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contracts, Opportunities.
• Must have authored functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, conducting JAD sessions, acceptance testing.
• Must have excellent (9/10) communication skills and dealt with the business users directly for soliciting requirements

 

Primary Job description

• Interacting with multiple stakeholders (business users) in understanding their requirements
• Conducting and leading JAD discussions
• Documenting requirements in use cases and data journal
• Creating functional test cases and validation of application against the test cases
