Business Analysis-The role focuses on communicating requirements to project team members verbally and in the form of written business requirements, user interface specifications, printed output specifications and similar documents. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. May write user manuals describing installation and operating procedures. Works on problems involving complex business requirements and processes. Must have good working knowledge of a chosen area/function
.Net 2.0-3.0-Able to write multithreaded programs and take care of different types of locking and mutual exclusive mechanism. Suggest design alternatives with usage of various design patterns Is able to use tools like Visio or Rational Rose to prepare UML diagrams Should be able to capture Non Functional requirement and suggest various ways to meet the requirement in design Designer Proficiency: Can work with different modules and make tactical decisions which will have impact to business. Lead team to create prototypes to validate design decisions. Design and Code Review. Establish build and unit testing processes. Mentor the team on the technology and design front. Should be aware of the breaking changes and features of the latest framework versions. Should have concepts clear on Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation. Should have used Web Services in previous projects.
