• 14 plus years in IT – several years in BOBJ Data Modeling and architecting reporting and analytic solutions
• 8 plus years of hands on in Business Objects complete suite design, development and implementation experience is a must
• Extensive Functional experience in building data models across functional areas (sales, inventory, Finance etc) is highly desired
• Experience across several industry verticals is most desired (Insurance/Banking, Retail, Consumer, Manufacturing etc) is highly desiredAt least one SAP BO 4.0 project implementation experience is a must
• BO server architecture, governance and end-end implementation experience is a mustCrystal reports, SAP BW Integration, Web Intelligence, Designer tool experience (SAP & Non- SAP Sources) is a must
• 4 full life cycle report and universe development project experience is a must
• Business Objects security model and server admin experience in global deployments is a mustUniverse and BOBJ report development experience using SAP resources is a mustDashboard (Xcelsius ) hands-on experience is most preferred
• SAP ER and MS share point portal integration with BOBJ is nice to haveSAP BO explorer and Live office experience is nice to have
• Experience with leading technical teams and Project Management is a must
• Project management skills and onsite/offshore coordination is a must
• Pre-Sales Capability (making capability presentations, RFP responses) & top Customer facing skills a mustSAP BW prior experience is most preferred
• BODS Change management and Production rollout experience is preferred
• SAP BODS ETL design, development and implementation experience is nice to haveSAP HANA views design, development and implementation experience is nice to have
• Experience working with big 5 consulting companies is an added plus and nice to have
• Candidates that have a flair to help Practice Management while being on a project and a track record of prior such experience are preferred
