 Position: Sr. Tibco Spotfire Tech Lead

Location: Cambridge, Ma

Duration: 9++ months

BridgePoint Consulting a national IT Consultancy and staff augmentation practice in the Seacoast is of NH is seeking a Sr. Tibco Spotfire Technical Lead for a 9+ month project in Cambridge, MA. The resource selected will be a strong technical lead with experience around engineering project solutions and will focus more on projects and initiatives contained within the roadmap.  The Technical Lead will develop / finalize 4.x enterprise architecture to work with networks and teams to stabilize Vordel and F5 within the Spotfire environments. Additionally the resource will do performance optimization with Spotfire, work with users to clean up the database structure and database trees and establish a standard guideline for the future structure. The resource will also administer Spotfire version updates, patches, system monitoring, resolve alerts, and ensure all servers are on the same version/build; as well as manage and administer the move to Win 2012 or Linux, automate the build and test scripting, automate alert monitoring and administer the Citrix for the Spotfire environment.

Technical Qualifications:

• Spotfire Dashboards, Visualizations and Reports
• Knowledge of (TSS) TIBCO Spotfire Statistical Services
• Some Knowledge of 'R'
• Ability to administer Application Data Services
• SQL knowledge coupled with experience connecting Spotfire to various Data Sources using Information Designer
• Ability to administer the Spotfire Web Player and Professional clients.
• Experience with Spotfire version 4.x/ 5 configuration and management
• Ability to  Spotfire Platform Capacity Planning, Metrics and Performance Tuning recommendations
• Ability to implement monitoring for Spotfire
