Position: Business Analyst / User Acceptance Testing Coordinator

Duration: 12 Months +

Location: Columbia, SC

Required Skills:

·         Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices

·         Supervision of Business Analyst/SME Testers

·         Demonstrate ability to understand software requirements

·         Previous experience using automated tracking tools such as JIRA, FogBugz, or similar automated defect trackers

·         Demonstrate leadership skills on a regular basis

·         Demonstrate effective communication, both orally and in writing, with subordinates, colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally

·         Demonstrate ability to develop test scripts/scenarios from business process models, use cases, requirements and business rules

·         Ability to make decisions at the appropriate time, taking into account the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and the availability of necessary information.

Ability to acquire an understanding of the underlying issues in complex problems or situations by correctly relating these to simpler or better understood concepts, models or previous experiences.

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Medicaid eligibility system/business operations experience

·         Familiarity with CMS and the Affordable Care Act regulations

·         Commercial insurance and/or health care data experience

·         IBM Curam's Technology experience

·         Experience with Agile development/ testing

·         Programming knowledge

·         Public sector experience

·         Project Management skills

·         Familiar with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA)

·         Familiar with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT)

·         Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
