Title:  Senior Salesforce.com Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Rate :$55/hr 

DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Developer is expected to lead the development efforts by understanding customer's business, processes and system needs, in developing custom solutions and integrations using Salesforce.com. The Sr. Developer will be required to have deep experience developing custom Salesforce.com solutions in addition to a solid understanding of and experience with integration solutions.  They will also be responsible for designing and documenting technical solutions, providing support throughout testing and deployment phases, and transitioning to client technology teams.

Duties:

- Analysis and design of custom solutions or customizations of standard solutions

- Develop custom code

- Develop integration interfaces and logic

- Unit test custom application development

- Input into the technical design documentation

- Support other Technical project resources related to application development

- Perform technical transition/handover Lead and/or contribute to all technical and solution aspects of projects developed

- Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as data migration, integration and custom development.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems.

Knowledge:

- Salesforce.com development experience.

- Programming technologies such as  HTML, XML, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript, Adobe Flex, Java, J2EE, JSP, PHP, C#.NET, VB.NET, C/C++, PL/SQL, Perl, COM/DCOM, Force.com

- Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase

- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica and Cast Iron

- Knowledge of CTI and wireless technologies

- Strong client-facing communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly
