Here are the requirement details

--

 Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY

Duration: 12 months

Status: contract assignment

Role: Cisco Phone Tech

 

·        Looking for a hands on tech for adds, moves and administration work.

·        Must have the ability to configure work for the following supported products in their Sleepy Hollow NY location as well as help with other locations working remotely.

·        Ensure quality installation of equipment to manufacture standards, network connectivity, WAN/LAN connectivity, cabling/wiring installation and station installation for the support site for which the onsite dedicated technician is assigned in accordance with the SOW.

·        Keep detailed records of MAC tickets, documentation and emails related to installation activity.

·        Provide trouble resolution assistance whenever called upon for the supported products.

·        As far as the UCCE/Call Center they are looking for the tech to have basic skills in configuration manager not IP Script Editor.

·        Cisco ASA and some knowledge I BAT (bulk admin tool) would be a big plus.

·        Remedy knowledge would be a big plus as well.

Technologies:

Cisco UC (Call Manager, Unity Voicemail), 

Cisco: CVP, IPIVR, Routers/Gateways/Switches, ICM (UCCE), CUIC, CUSP, Finesse, EIM/Win (Egain), CER, AnyConnect and Nuance
