Job Description:


Senior Business Systems Analyst -Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires at least 7 years of experience.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a business systems analyst function

SuccessFactors experience in Succession Management

•• Experience working with additional modules of SuccessFactors is a plus

• Good understanding of the business processes involved in the SuccessFactors

• Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment with a strong sense of urgency

• Excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Work with business partners to improve and evolve processes and technology

• Experience in system design, data conversion, data modeling and application architecture

• Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.

• Good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions to others
