SAP ABAP APO Consultant

Houston, TX

Job Description

·         Expert ABAP developer with extensive experience in APO DP and GATP modules, including: 

·         Developing functional enhancements in DP and GATP 

·         BADI implementations in forecasting (forecast methods, error measurement, etc.) 

·         Interface development using BAPI’s  

·         CIF enhancements to populate Characteristic values for Navigation attributes 

Job Responsibilities: 

·         Work closely with the project functional team to understand functional requirements in DP and GATP areas

·         Develop and document technical design to meet those functional requirements, and implement/code the solution. 

·         debug both standard SAP and custom ABAP code as needed in developing technical solutions. 

·         Assist and openly share knowledge with other team members as needed. 

Skills & Skill Level: 

·         Strong ABAP skills in coding as well as debugging of standard SAP code. 

·         Solid experience in object oriented coding
