Description

Position Details - The System Analyst will participate on an operations team performing business and systems analysis, as well as high level customer service. Will interact with all members of the department to troubleshoot customer service issues, and escalate as necessary. Must be sensitive to urgency, capable of organized prioritization, must be aware of client position within hierarchy, must take direction well from team lead as well as designated proxies when necessary. Required Skill Set: - Business Analysis / SDLC - SQL - DB2, Oracle or SQL Server- Microsoft Office - Technical and Customer Support - Lotus Notes application analysis or development, version 6.x Security / System Administration, version 10.x - scipting or programming languages Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and business analyst experience. Must be able to learn quickly as well as retain and integrate complex information in order to eventually perform daily functions without assistance in most cases
