Business Analyst with  Retail (Tradestone)

Mooresville, NC

Job Description

·         Act as the liaison between the supply chain user community / business sponsor and the IT groups throughout the project, being most actively involved during requirements definition and UAT

·         Generate or maintain the business focused requirements documents (BRD, BSD) with input from appropriate subject matter and technical experts

·         Document detailed business requirements and functional specifications

·         Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the project goals and business requirements 

·         Prepare user acceptance test cases and test plans 

·         Confirm requirements traceability 

·         Help business constituents define end-product feature prioritization and understand potential trade-offs required to meet budget and time constraints

·         Create procedural documents and training material 

·         Organize and participate in User Acceptance testing and logging results 

·         Adhere to client best practices and effectively apply client methodologies and standards

 

Education and Experience

·         Minimum 8 years of experience as a BA.

·         Experience with Tradestone MLM (Merchandising Lifecycle Management) functional modules (such as Buying, Merchandizing, Supply chain etc.)
At least 3 years' experience within the retail industry 

·         Strong Retail Experience & QC (ALM) knowledge (optional)

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

·         CBAP certification would be a great value add and nice to have
