Job Description

·         Support SAP ECC design and testing for the Mercury Project
Engage regularly with client partners and follow on discussions in SAP SD/CRM area design and testing
Overall understanding in SD, CRM, FICO and its cross functional integration
Review and understand the Functional Specification document and create test cases
Provide status updates on daily basis on test execution, resource allocation and resource assignments to SAP SD/CRM projects
Work with team members to resolve the issue and plan for re-execution
Liaison with cross functional team for integration points during test execution
Participate in test plan reviews and create test plans and work on project related activities
Coordinate with offshore team for planning and test execution, support gap resolution
Review and validate the test cases created and make sure to that the process is followed
SAP PI Knowledge and ability debug the issues in PI area
Hands on experience with HP QC – Writing test cases, executing test cases, writing and managing defects
Interacting with the onsite SME's and transfer knowledge to the offshore team members

Job Description

·         Support SAP ECC design and testing for the Mercury Project
Engage regularly with client partners and follow on discussions in SAP SD/CRM area design and testing
Experience in testing the SAP HR functionality end to end on all areas like, On-boarding & Recruitment, Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Personal Development
Hands on experience in testing the LMS and WFM
Ability to create test cases at both the strategic product level and the more detailed feature or subsystem level
Hands on experience in testing Workflows and recruiting process in KeneXa
Experience in testing – Talent Gateways/Referral Gateways 
Experienced in testing the roles and authorizations, Reporting & Notification functionality in KeneXa
Experience in testing the integration between SAP HR/KeneXa/Assessment and Background Check vendor
Lead the team of 8-10 people both onsite and offshore
Able to manage the workload the for the test team members and get the status on each project
Manage the releases and assign testers to the projects
Hands on experience with HP QC – Writing test cases, executing test cases, writing and managing defectsHave a Blessed day :)
